Built by a landlord,
for landlords.
Landlord Command exists because we got tired of running our portfolio out of three spreadsheets, a notebook, and a string of unread emails. Small landlords deserve the same operational leverage the big property managers have — without the enterprise price tag.
Why we built this.
Most property management software was built for one of two markets: big commercial operators with 500+ doors and an in-house accounting team, or accidental landlords with a single condo who only need to collect one rent check a month.
There's a huge group of landlords sitting in the middle — independent owners with five, twenty, or seventy single-family homes. We're too big to run on spreadsheets, but too small to justify the enterprise tools. So we end up with a mess: rent collected through three different payment apps, maintenance tracked in text threads, tax-time scrambles to reconstruct what we spent on each property.
Landlord Command is the tool we wanted for ourselves. Everything in one place. Built around how independent landlords actually run their portfolios — not how a software company imagines it should work.
What we believe.
Small landlords are real businesses.
Five doors or seventy-five — you're running a business. The software you use should treat you like one, not like someone who needs hand-holding through entering an address.
Boring software is good software.
You shouldn't need to learn a workflow. Click a property, see everything about it. Click a tenant, see everything about them. No 90-minute onboarding video.
Software should do the busywork.
Elsie, our virtual assistant, drafts your messages, parses your import files, and answers your tenants' questions. The point is to take work off your plate, not give you another dashboard to check.
Pricing should be honest.
One subscription. No per-property fees that punish you for growing. No add-on tax for the features that make the tool actually useful. What you see is what you pay.
Run your portfolio like a business.
